"Great customer service, very courteous, respectful, speedy and attentive. We were a walk in my mother, toddler and myself. Hands down on the teamwork between Noah, Tiffani and Alex they were understaffed but they got us in and out in a timely manner. They made my mother feel extra welcome and making sure she was comfortable all the time since she mainly speak Spanish Tiffanie made sure she was okay all the time she also did her manicure and did a mani pedi on my toddler. Noah did my Pedi and he was so sweet and gentle and did a great job! Alex did my coffin gel nails and they matched my nails and toes which was awesome. Thank yall we will return soon"

"IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!!! I’ve gone here 3 times for nails, eyebrow waxing and a Brazilian wax and that is 3 times too many. There is literally nothing Elite about this place. Got my eyebrows done the first time I came here, and it has taken a year to get my brow shape and volume back because they waxed off way too much, left me with thin and very badly shaped brows. Went 3 weeks ago to get a nail fill and the lady was rushing the entire time, had to ask the lady 6 or 7 times to go over places because she had filled it very poorly with the acrylic. Charged me 60$ for the worst fill I’ve ever gotten!! Third time i came here, was for a Brazilian wax. I’ve been getting waxed for 3 years now and have have never had a wax take longer then 20 mins. This lady took 1 hr & 15 mins! For the most part getting waxed isn’t too bad, after 3 years u kinda get used to it, but this was the worst hr & 15 mins on my life. She messed up on a small patch and was tweezing it for 10 straight mins till I had to ask her to stop because it straight up felt like I was about to start bleeding. Had to eventually ask her to just stop all together because I didn’t want to sit through this torture anymore. Would rather get my eyeball tattooed then ever come here again. I literally can’t stress this enough...TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!"

"Always get my hair right. Love my barbers Ali and Amir. Highly recommend especially if you grow your beard as fast as your pubes. This is the go-to barbershop to get you right. 10/10"
